At Cashba we specialize in two different structural methods: 1) We work with companies with disruptive technology to structure, capitalize and lift the company to a public listing or to sell the entire company to a buyer. 2) Building a plant by pre-sale of future production through detailed financial engineering.
From a disruptive idea to the world market
A brilliant idea is not worth much unless you know how to structure and market the idea to the world. At Cashba we come in at early stages of the client’s company and work closely with the client to make a plan to structure and bring their idea to the world.
When the plan is set, we initiate the buildup of the company by doing proper due diligence of the patent, idea or IPR and start putting together the most suitable team for the operation. We work closely with international scientists, engineers and financial institutions to lift the client company to the next level.
After the client company is ready, we start marketing the company. At this step we bring our financial contacts worldwide in order to either sell the company to the most optimal price, or take the company to the stock market.
How we do it

We sit down with the potential client to break down the idea and its capabilities. Cashba Capital will perform its own due diligence on the technology.

Cashba Capital will make the financial structuring plan on how to achieve the goals and how to best protect the technology. Cashba Capital brings in their financial experts in the planning period.

The strategic plan is initiated and the client company will receive full backing from all experts at Cashbas disposal to properly succeed. The corporate infrastructure necessary is built to make a strong foundation in order to succeed.
4.
The company will be marketed throughout the world through Cashbas financial network in order to either sell or achieve a public listing.
